Brief Introduction of Chiemo

     Chiemo(Qiemo),used to be one of the 36 nations of

ancient Western Region, has a splendid history.

     About 5 thousand years ago ,people there began the

life of roving around the northern Kunlun Mountain and

gathering jade,Chiemo is not only a source of Jade Road,

but also a southern historical spot of the Silk Road Molegie

river mural paintings, Zagunluk ancient tombs and Tahlak

manor provide an evidence for Chiemo's lon g history. And

also the anccient site along the banlcs of Cherchen River

and Chieno ancient "city" will attract your attention.

      In the south of Chiemo are Altun and kunlun mountains ,

the Taklamacan Desert is in the north ,and the cenrtal part of

it is an oasis and plains ,Chiemo has surprising natural
